Soccer

This page is devoted to my favorite sport, soccer. Soccer is the most popular sport in the world. Millions of people play it. Soccer has a major championship every four years. This playoff, called the World Cup, is the World Series, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, and March Madness combined. People from all across the earth gather in one country to watch over a hundred matches. It is a truly awesome event

Here is a little about my soccer experience

I have played soccer for 10 years.

I play soccer year round. My school soccer team, the Graham Falcons, did very well under a new coach. We play in Division II Ohio soccer. We went 13 and 3 and lost to a school who would make it almost to the state championships in the tournament. My position is sweeper. I control the defense and if a goal is scored it is just as much my fault as the keeper's. It carries a lot of responsibility.

In the winter, I play indoor soccer. We are not very good and have not won yet. I play defense for indoor also.

In the spring, I play for a league that does not keep score or standings. It servest to keep us in shape for the upcoming season.
